I lived my life

Like a prince who was a frog

I looked for love

While I was lost in a fog

 

I figured a kiss

A kiss of true love

Would awaken my ass

Be sent from above

 

A fool I was

Covered in green

Warts and all

The world was mean

 

I’m done with it all

I’m shedding my skin

I’m pushing the button

To start over again
